In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us, you must first call us at 800-755-8420 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  We are unable to process a refund for any product returned without this number.
How To Return A Product For A Refund
  1. Call us toll free at 800-755-8420.  Please have your Customer Number and Order Number available when calling.
  2. Your customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number and the address to send the return to.
  3. Appropriately package the return for shipment.  We can not be responsible for packages damaged enroute.  Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to us via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express) and insure the package if your total refund is over $100.00
  5. We will process the refund when the package arrives at our facility.  It's that easy
